How long will it take to frame my picture?

We strive to create a high quality product as quickly as possible for our clients and our standard turnaround time is one week. As all work is completed in our Phillip premises we are always able to meet tight deadlines and if required, can offer a same day service.

 

Are you able to stretch canvases and how much does it cost?

Yes. As canvases can range in size there is no general price however, if you have the canvas measurements we are more than happy to provide a quote over the phone or by email.

 

Do you make the frames and do the framing yourself, or outsource the work?

Unlike most other frame shops none of our services are outsourced. All of our production is done on site by our own in-house expert framers, which eliminates unnecessary shipping and handling of your project (and any damage that it might cause) and minimises your turnaround time.

 

Is your block mounting / photo mounting done on site?

Absolutely. All of our block mounting and photo mounting is done by our expert technicians on site, which eliminates unnecessary shipping and handling of your project (and any damage that it might cause), and minimises your turnaround time.

 

I need something framed urgently for a present, can you help me?

Yes we can, as we offer express framing services on certain items.

 

Do you replace broken glass in a picture frame?

We can definitely replace broken glass.  Bring in your picture for an obligation free measure and quote.  The our team will dissemble the frame and clean out any residue dust and glass fragments, replace the glass and reassemble and seal the frame leaving it looking as good as new.
